eVend is one of the largest retailers of high-end collectibles, including Funko Pops, FiGPiNs, and other sought-after items for collectors around the world. With thousands of SKUs and a devoted customer base, they needed a more sophisticated digital storefront and strategy to support large-scale sales and high-traffic product drops.

We started from the ground up—building a fully customized eCommerce store capable of handling massive inventory, complex category structures, and traffic surges during exclusive launches. Our focus was to create a seamless shopping experience that could scale with both daily sales and high-pressure drops.
(PROJECT VISION)
The goal was to position eVend as the go-to destination for serious collectors, with a storefront that felt both premium and efficient. We aimed to give fans a reliable, fast, and intuitive way to shop the rarest collectibles, while giving eVend the backend systems to grow with demand.
(CHALLENGES)
eVend had a huge product catalog—over 500,000 units across multiple categories—but no unified eCommerce platform. Their limited release events created heavy traffic and high demand, but their digital infrastructure couldn’t keep up. They needed a powerful and reliable storefront that could handle real-time demand spikes and complex inventory logistics.
(PROBLEMS)
We built a fully functional, scalable eCommerce store from scratch, importing over 500K units of inventory and structuring the site for smooth navigation, filtering, and speed. We also developed and executed several high-profile limited-release events for Funko and FiGPiN products, ensuring the site could handle peak traffic and convert efficiently.
(RESULTS)
The site handled multiple limited product launches flawlessly, with over $1M in sales generated through these events alone. eVend now has a digital platform that reflects their scale, supports future growth, and delivers a collector-worthy experience from browse to checkout.
